Shipping calculations

Most orders will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment. We will send you an email message with a tracking number when your order ships. Shipping is calculated automatically for domestic US shipments. For international shipments, please wait for us to send you an invoice that includes your shipping total-- your item(s) will ship within 5 days of your payment.

Returns

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with the product(s) you receive, you are welcome to return them at your own expense for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on items which have been removed from their packaging and used in the field. If you have questions or concerns about an item you have purchased, please contact us to discuss.
